This hotel was fairly convenient for the venue we were visiting and was generally good with clean and comfortable rooms.
On the first night of our stay, the beef on the menu had run out!

The guest rooms at Kyriad Lille Est-Hem are absolutely fantastic! The bedding is so comfortable, I had the best sleep ever. The private bathroom is a great addition, it felt like a home away from home. The free WiFi and workspaces in the room were also super convenient for a light sleeper like me!
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the television in the room. But hey, that's just my opinion!

I appreciated being there, the place is quiet and pleasant.
Food was delightful and I have nothing but very nice memories from this trip. The room was functional and what's more - included a roll-in shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. It had comfortable bed and magnificent views.

The Hotel was used as a stop-over after a visit to Southern Germany and provided just the accommodation we required at a very reasonable price

Always choose this place for my stay. No regrets. Staff helped me find my lost earring. Suits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, 24-hour security, Bar/ Lounge, Restaurant. Coming back for Xmas.

Spent a wonderful Easter break at this hotel. The staff members were very helpful and offered us a complimentary Easter egg basket upon arrival, which felt so welcoming! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the fact that there was a supermarket nearby where we could purchase some snacks and drinks. the hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to the city's main attractions and public transportation.
We did notice that the walls in the room were quite thin, and we could easily hear our noisy neighbors. , the extra pillow that we requested wasn't available, and we had to make do with just one for the entire stay.
